Lisa Ryan: Creating a workplace culture that ROCKS!
Before speaking on stages across the nation, Lisa spent 13 years in industrial sales — including 7 years in the welding industry. In fact, she’s about as good with a welding torch in her hand as she is with a mic. Lisa learned a thing or two about employee appreciation and retention during those years. She left a highly successful career after realizing her boss just didn’t value her contribution as much as other companies would. Years later, she was laid off (along with dozens of coworkers) during a conference call. She has been the top talent that walked away and the under-valued employee that was unceremoniously cut loose.

Cost
The cost to attend the Rosetta Hardscapes Summit, lodging, and meals is $999. Summit and meals without lodging is $599.

Attendees are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the meeting location and any additional expenses they elect to incur.
Attendees who cancel after September 03, 2023 will be responsible for all hotel fees.

Cherry Capital Airport is a 10-minute drive or ride to DELAMAR Traverse City. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttles. Rental cars are available at the airport and Uber and Lyft transportation is also accessible. Consider scheduling a shuttle from Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) to DELAMAR Traverse City.
